The price for the room , very resonable
Hotel is in a great location right on the main avenue of Banff and is only a 5 minute walk from the Greyhound bus station. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Our rooms had huge flat screen tvs and the beds were very comfortable. Loved it.
Close to downtown pubs and restaurants. Reasonable price for the ski season.
The hot tub was to chemically, I got a bit of a rash, and the hot tub wasn't very hot. The interner should be free for guests, at least the first 30 minutes.
Good price for off season and staff were pleasant and friendly.
The beds were hard and small. The bedding seemed like more summer suitable rather than winter. Room temperature was difficult to control.
We really enjoyed our room, it was clean and quiet. The location was excellent, and the staff were very nice and helpfull. We look forward to staying there again. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
The room was attractive and very clean. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The underground parking was a very nice thing to have.
There was no air conditioning in the room and it was so warm that it was difficult to sleep even with the fan. Probably better to stay for skiing in the winter when this would not be an issue.
Everything, from the moment we checked in to the day we checked out it was a perfect vacation. The staff we friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Facilities within the hotel were more than adequate and the location was perfect.
Staff helpful and friendly. Free parking. Had a nice diner in the restaurant without leaving hotel. Best of all. Location, location, location. Read other reviews about the lack of air conditioning. Was not a problem for us, but might have been in hot, hot weather. Do not know. Would definitely go back
This hotel is excellent. Location excellent right in the heart of things. On site grill and bar available, had breakfast one morning and it was very good and good value. In comparsion to all other hotels we have stayed at this is the best value for money we have had. We were in room 605 a lovely big room, a little road noise but nothing too bad. Might be very hot in high summer though as no A/C, but has windows that open.Hotel Staff were excellent.
Good location, staff and location.
It is not cheap, especially in summer holiday.
The location and the eating place were exellent. You could walk down town from there. Rooms were clean and roomy. Staff were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay.
The only thing we found were the bath room was a bit small. Nothing that can be done with that.
Good location just at the city centre. Parking garage below the hotel for parking our motorbikes. Nice hottub, sauna and steamcabine. Spacious rooms.
Location, could walk everywhere in town?
noisy..no air conditioning, poor lighting and wifi was spotty at best
Perfect location, fair price, lovely place
We really enjoyed our stay at the Banff International Hotel because it was just so close to downtown and withibn walking distance of anything we wanted to do---shop, dine out, just sight see..We had a nice Banff ave. room on the second floor.
We were very disappointed that a nice hotel like this does not have air conditioning. We were very uncomfortable most of the time we spent in the room. ...sleeping was not very relaxing, but rather stressful.......trying to keep cool with an open window and a fan going 24/7. We would not recommend this hotel because of the lack of ac, especially in the summer months....
